One thing to keep in mind with Wendy Whoppers and the size of her boobs is that she was only like 5' 1" and like 97 lbs.
My point is that she was very small and her boobs, while very large for her frame and torso, were still smaller than a lady who is 5' 9" and like 165 lbs.
Ya'll know what I mean. Yes, her absolute size was smaller than others but while that was the case, hers were larger for her frame than some other boobs were on larger ladies.
Wendy had 3,000 CC's in each breast. Each breast weighed 7 pounds.
14 pounds of Wendy was boobs and that was a much larger percentage of boob than on other ladies whose boobs were a bit larger than hers.

That's why I said "like" 97 lbs.
I've read 97 pounds. I've read 101 pounds. I've read interviews where Wendy said she never weighed more than 103 lbs in her life except when she was pregnant.
I read an interview where she was talking with a doctor about her 4 increases and whether she paid for them or a boyfriend and then her reduction.
To me, that is neither here nor there. She was very slender whether she was 93, 97 or 101 without implants.
Also, Wendy couldn't have gone into a breast augmentation at 94 lbs and come out at 107 pounds because her breasts weighed 14 pounds total at their largest.
Wendy had four breast increases to get to that point. The 14 lbs was due to all 4 augmentations. She didn't gain 14 lbs from just one breast augmentation.
My main point was that while Wendy's breasts weren't the largest by any means, they were larger on her due to the rest of her being smaller.
Women with breasts larger than Wendy's sometimes still looked smaller when their bodies were so much larger than hers. Like Maxi Mounds who is 6 feet tall and weighs a lot more than Wendy too.
I personally liked the way Wendy looked and Tiffany Towers and Pandora Peaks in 1995 and 1996.
To each their own of course and I'm glad there are women out there of all kinds that do this...
Last comment. I'm sure her weight, like everyone else's, fluctuated a bit too over the years.

StS: Speaking of your career: you had several breast enlargement operations, right? How many?
WW: 4 enlargements.
StS: What was your breast size originally?
WW: 34 B.
StS: Did you pay for all of these operations, or did some Maecenas help (or maybe Blue Cross)? Can you give a general idea of how much such an operation costs?
WW: The first one –in 1989– was $2600, which a guy I was dating at the time paid for; they were 260-cc silicone implants (lower cost because it was done at my doctors office under local anesthesia). The second was $3200 for 800-cc silicone implants done in a surgery center, which I paid for. The third time, I had the double lumens put in and filled to 1600 ccs, costing $3500, which I paid for. The fourth was adding more fluid to the same implants to fill them to 3000 ccs, which was around $1000, paid for by photographer John Graham in exchange for a photo shoot. The cost was less because I was reusing the same implants and just adding more fluid to them, versus buying a whole new set of implants.
At 5′ 1″ tall and under 100 pounds, she was quite large at the end of this. At her largest, she had dual lumen (Becker type) implants with one silicone compartment and another for saline at a 3000 cc volume. These implants are no longer made.
An important issue to point out here is that to go as large as she did required multiple operations (in her case four.) And later in life she had additional surgery to downsize.

It won't be me, that's for sure. I don't know what happened to wendy in about 1998 but some switch must have been flipped and she was no longer the joyful bubbly woman she once was.
