There was not enough room to do a full split in my bed room side view. So next time I take photos doing a split I will do it outside.

It all started on my bed. Just laying back and I decided to try a hand stand and I ended up flipping off the bed like a goober. LoL It was fun and I laughed a lot.

If there was just a little bit more room I would have done a full split side ways. I stretch everyday. That helps me keep some mobility. Staying limber is important.

I'm not doing jumping jacks. There are no jumping jacks being done in my video. Just bouncing up and down like a nut and a Irish kind of dance.

Jumping jacks are done with arms going up and down at the sides and legs spreading apart and coming back together as you jump.

I was just pouncing and doing a crazy Irish dance with bouncing. That is due to my new leg braces pictured below that give me the ability to jump around.

The old braces did not do allow for the kind of mobility I have now. I could bounce but it was very minimal bouncing. LoL Also I could not wear shoes either with the old braces.

I will at some point up load an up dated leg braces video showing my new leg braces. The new braces means better mobility for me and wearing sneakers.

I was not able to wear shoes of any kind with the old braces. The new braces allow me to wear sneakers. The AFO with tibia brace are the braces I now wear. I can wear sneakers only. I can't wear high heels or any other type of cute shoes. I have Foot drop & paralyzed from knee down on both legs. So I feel lucky that I can walk with braces. I workout a lot to keep from having my muscles have waste away. I try to keep fit.

I do not often talk about my legs or my disability due to getting injured. but I figured why not explain why I need the braces. I got injured. I welcome PM messages asking me more about it. This is a life long disability for me. I won't ever get better. So I make due with the life I have and smile.
