Yes, seems to be when looking at a lot of photos. I know the monster boobs and penis thing is big in Hentai art as well. I just know from working with photoshop and taking classes in college for photoshop and computer illustration that looking at pics like that it's pretty obvious when people do it most times. There are some people who are amazing at it and it's much harder to tell if it's been thrown into PS or another photo editing software. One of the tell tale signs is how much softer or in some cases harder (harsher) the edge is around the body parts that they've enhanced/morphed. Some people go a little crazy with the blur tools in PS, lol.
