I was getting gas at my local station/store and when walking out the door to get back to my car I slipped on some slush and my feet went out form under me and I landed on my butt, then shortly my head.  They took me to the ER and was only a small scalp laceration they numbed me and stapled the cut shut, I am sore but I am glad I did not get seriously hurt or a concussion.
