Yet another 90s boob star I cannot believe does not have her own thread of honor (I searched twice!) One who (like Lulu Devine Honey Moons and Tabatha Towers) begs the question: totally real or quite enhanced? I believe Toppsy and Lulu are sisters; or perhaps simply "promoted" that way back at the time.

You're correct.  They are real-life sisters (correction edit here), although 'Lulu' is 6 years older than 'Toppsy'
