I believe she was naturally kind of 'pancake' tits and thus, putting implants in them was easy but yielded the teardrop effect,
But I must add.... I LOVE HER TITS!!!!! OMG, one of my favorite looks ever.

She was one of my all time favorites! Her boobs are absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Her early retirement saddened me so much.
