It says she's 77% of the way there towards her current goal. So, if this is fill up time, how much is she going for now? Usually models do 100-250ml at a time.

I would like to see how everything is going with this before I chip in some money on this. And then, sure.

Good question, you could probably ask her? I'd assume it's at least 100-200cc, maybe more. AFAIK she doesn't have the expanders in yet so it would depend on how full they are to start. Seems like she wants to go pretty big though, judging by her posts. She even posted a morph of herself done by a fan:

If you look in the comments she says she will be that big eventually. Makes sense if you want to wait it out though.

Rhinoplasty is nothing to sneeze at.
