Well, obviously this was never the real Denise Milani. I've seen "her" on a bunch of adverts for dating sites...

Happy Reading!! [attachment=618]
Ahhh man... i feel bad for the guy, hotties never date the smart ones and as smart as he was he was fooled, some people forget that the internet is overflowing with pretenders and according to wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Frampton that did happen
nowadays there are a lot of fake accounts that brazenly use other people's photos. my brother wanted to meet a girl and found a couple of options. I was with him when he chose them. When he chose one girl, I was glad my brother had such good taste. But when it was time to meet, she kicked her brother off, demanding money first. after this incident, he did not believe in online dating, but after a while he calmed down and tried to meet again on https://shagbook.com and found a girl again. now they are dating, and sometimes I like to joke with the question "is she definitely not a fake?"
Oh man, I read about that years ago. I feel for that guy. Catfishing in general just sucks.

I think the term is called "e-whoring", but I might be wrong. There's very little about this that's talked out loud. It's not like it has it's own dedicated online community on reddit, or something. But basically from what I understand is that a guy will download all of a girl's pictures. It can be all of the gallery's of Denise Milani, or - preferably - an amateur girl next door type. Like a relatively unknown attractive girl on facebook and then get on something like instagram or snapchat and start advertising a link to their onlyfans, or patreon account.

From this point, the catfisher just maintains casual chat with the victim. You know, the intimate experience to make it seem real. Try to get the victim to subscribe to the onlyfans. The catfisher will slowly repost all the photos, making money. When the victim wants something more real - hey let's meet up - the catfisher just blocks the victim, and makes off with the money. The catfisher will most likely have many conversations with these victims in parallel.

I don't know if I believe it. But I've seen some of these catfishers bragging about making a few thousands in a month. Meanwhile, there is very little to no recourse for the victim.

Stay safe out there, gents.

I guess I should add that I learned about this stuff back in 2018-2019? Well before the corona virus/pandemic/shutdown and the correlated explosions in popularity of onlyfans and patreon. I imagine the problem is only getting worse from there.
That's a great tip, Drake, thanks!!
