if any of you guys find that you cannot get any PMs from other users please let me know it is easily fixable so far I have only seen one user have this issue but if any of you cannot for some reason please let me know so I can correct that flaw, thanks in advance.

What's the issue?

for some reason the receive PM from other users box is unchecked so nobody can send messages to that person. it is something that can be fixed in the admin controls.
