PageRank is the determination of popularity, if you wanna get technical about it. Basically, everyone is linking to us for their Chelsea gallery fix.

Pagerank is by popularity but it also customizes itself to your preferences. If you've been to a site before then it is more likely to show up. Just clear your cache and reopen the browser and do it again for a true test
