So there's this method that has regained popularity with improvements now.

"Fat Transfer": Lipsuctioning fat from the abdomen, refining it and adding stemcells and using it for breast enhancement. It's a 'natural' alternative to plastic implants... and the woman I'm back seeing again, is interested!!!

Also known as "Fat Grafting":

Here's a video on it as well...

I suppose it works to a very limited extent, not like this

OMG... that's both hilarious and GROSS.
I don't know..if they managed to sterilize the fat, it shouldn't be that bad lol
It does work, but fat transfer isn't for everybody. For example, if you are too skinny and don't have any fat to transfer it won't do you any good. You will need to have a good amount of body fat where you can take extra fat and transfer it to your boobs. Also, sometimes the body can actually absorb the fat and another fat transfer session will be required to maintain the increase in size.

To much Liposuction in one session can be dangerous. So there are limitations how much at maximum should be removed. It's quite some time now. The cleaned and refined fat can be also used for brazilian butt lift for example. Now you have to wait a extended period of time. It is said that of the transfered fat cells about 25% remain in place. The rest will be absorbed etc. The result is usually a bit uneven. You will have places where more remain and places with less fat cells. In the next session you either add more volume (if this is what you want) or you fill up the gaps. But again only 25% remain in place. So you have to repeat the sessions until a satisfactionary result.

But in small amounts this is also a use in the face ... but the same applies. not all fat cells remain in place.
Duly noted. So, a woman who wants to try this would have to keep at it, over and over again? Sounds like fun! Expensive, but fun.
I recently had to have surgery on my hand and ironically i was in a plastic surgons office and started chatting with one of the nurses. Somehow Kim K came up and she mentioned this exact method as a popular method right now for women to enlarge their bootys not so much the boobs.

Not over and over again. If you have a goal size and you can stick with it and don't always want to become bigger, maybe 3-6 times to achieve a final result. And the time between treatments is about 6 months. And 3 months after a treatment it becomes visible how much fat cells got connected to the tissue/muscles and stayed in place.

And there is maybe a limit anyway. If you do liposuction eg. stomach, waist and tighs you remove fat cells, which you use for crafting. The number of fat cells does not increase afterwards anymore in these places. If you eat more the existing cells become bigger. This means if you repeat the liposuction and lipofill at some point you have reached a limit. Where to take new fat cells? But this is also an explanation if eg. a woman with crafted butt suddenly becomes a bigger and bigger butt. Kim K. is such an example I would say. She becomes a bit weightier and the extra kilos go mostly to the butt.

I read more and more about it that they also try it for boobs, but the same applies it requires repeated treatment.
This could be very exciting.
