However some good news is that Google did initially lead me to Lilly Roma. Something about the face put me off, no doubt due to it being someone famous, so I kept digging expecting to hit a dead end however it turns out Google was actually right in terms of the body. She appears to be a model and cam girl (I got results from the likes of Babestation and Studio 66) and has her own site, twitter etc.
