I was a huge fan when it came out 14 years ago. Still own all the varent issues of #1 and all the issues and the graphic novel. I loved the story and the art was ground breaking for the time. Joe Mad started working on Xmen when he was 15 years old. He was the first to truly blend the American and japanese styles together. Plus mixing sword and sorcery with some techopunk. A gathering of heroes, each well developed ( in Monika's case very very well developed
)
I'm excited.
Now for you viewing pleasure here is Joe Mad's Red Monika. (the hottest comic book character IMO )
