I see this is beyond my signuture which has max 100 characters, html and bb turned off.
I can't post fonts or links.

If I click, even after selecting everything any of the paragraph options it does nothing.
Insert images button does nothing
the other buttons, I don't know what they do but they don't work for me either.
I think something about my options was shut off. This all seem to start when the poll I noticed was set to max 3. Used to be 10. Is it like that for everyone. 3 or do you see 10 as a max.
