Phoenixxx was another of Kayla Kleevages protegées (the other being Chelsea Charms!) who had a respectable 1500cc silicone/saline hybrid implant job done through an armpit incision. Immediately after Chelsea jumped ship and went on her own, Kleevco (the company that Kayla had an interest in) paid for Phoenixx to have the PPP job done in late 1999. As Phoenixx was almost flat chested to begin with, her skin was already over-stressed with the original implant job just some 6 months earlier and her body could not cope with the massive increase in bust size and the PPP implants trying to "grow". They grew straight out! They didn't hang and the excess fluid wasn't being retained in the breast pocket because there wasn't a big enough one, and without any "hang" there was nowhere for the fluid and fat growth to collect. It was a disaster! Poor thing had to undergo emergency surgery and had it all removed and just had 500ml silicones implanted instead. Then she went to work at Flashdancers in NYC for a while before retiring later in 2000.
She was a native american woman (Hopi, I believe) from Arizona. I can't find a single image of her anywhere, and I used to have quite a collection! Sorry.

Wow...tragic stories about Sable and Phoenixxx. I've never heard of Phoenixxx and Google isn't helping either - Phoenixxx is apparently also the name of a gay porn site and modifying the search with anything boob related just seems to come back to more well known people such as Phoenix Marie or places (i.e. plastic surgeons) located in Phoenix.

Sable was one of the great 90s boob babes and in so many of her pix she is partying at bars and on the beach. No matter what shape she's in now she made plenty of people happy like me.
