Nice! I love photos like this, where the lady is in a public place and the photo is from the angle that I would be looking if I were walking down the avenue. It's like the re-creating of a once-in-a-decade big boob sighting! lol

I was a little disappointed too. I do wish she was more up front about what was being done. Unless I missed it I thought it was further boob expansion.
