Ok so probably going to have to disappoint you on this one as my Google-fu led me to an ImageFap page of Katy Perry morphs and head/face swaps, including the picture you posted. However some good news is that Google did initially lead me to Lilly Roma. Something about the face put me off, no doubt due to it being someone famous, so I kept digging expecting to hit a dead end however it turns out Google was actually right in terms of the body. She appears to be a model and cam girl (I got results from the likes of Babestation and Studio 66) and has her own site, twitter etc.

I have always liked Lily Roma. Tall, beautiful and those fake boobs are perfection itself. Kudos to her surgeon. I always felt that as an alias, Nina Roma would have been better, because it is an anagram of 'Romanian'
