My fading health. - Ironbeard - 09-26-2016

I thought I should tell you what is going on. I had what may have been a panic attack at work so bad I may have passed out. My manager found me unresponsive in a trailer. When I was conscience I was blind for about 20 mins. Took over a hour to start breathing normal again. 911 came and said the hospital couldn't do anything for a panic attack.

Then last Monday I collapsed at home from pain in my chest and went to the hospital. They kept me over night. My heart was ok after tests but I did tear my muscle near my heart. I have been in constant pain ever since.
The heart is not completely ruled out. They worry I may have arrhymia. Having an echo cardio gram tomorrow and a stress test on wedsenday.

In the hospital they were very conserned about my apnea. Normal oxygen levels are between 95-100. Mine was 60. The cardiologist said my lack of oxygen effects me when I'm awake, and causes brain damage. If I don't get it fixed by either a working cpap or an operation it will kill me according to the doctors.

I'm really sorry to hear that, IB. If you need to raise money for any operation, please feel free to start and promote a Go Fund Me page. We will certainly support you, and I promise to contribute to it financially.

Sorry to hear that man, hope it works out for you.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 09-28-2016

Thank you both.  I had my ech cardio gram today and will have my stress test in the morning.  See if my heart is something to worry about too. Personal besides my health I have other things I'm more worried about that cause me almost constant fear. I may talk about it later.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 01-07-2017

Finally got my CPAP but I can't figure out getting the pressure down. It's biting my nose and throat. Plus the head head seems to small. I'm getting it looked at on Monday. My memory is still getting worse and so is my depression.
Plus still trying to heal up for a serious of work injuries. Worker Comp doesn't cover themdo to a state law. So I have to continue to work and my hands right now get worse and worse. Seeing a doctor on the 12.

RE: My fading health. - Bonecracker - 01-07-2017

Thanks for keeping us, your friends, informed IB. I'm really sorry to read of your health troubles. I've been having a few of my own, but I have been able to soldier on through them for the most part.

Remember to mediate daily. So much can be accomplished. Look towards the source of light. For some of us, it's God. For others, it is the universe. But the source of light can turn our attention away from earthly, physical corporeal things and instead transfix our focus on that which is beyond the mere physical realm and that light & energy can be carried into the physical world and bring comfort... and even healing.

Just my own beliefs. Everyone is entitled to his or her own.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 01-08-2017

Mentally and physically I'm getting worse. My memory is fading and my depression is more severe. Deactived my Facebook yesterday so I don't get upset more this weekend. I may reactive it on Monday. I'm so tired and have so many more doctors to make appointments to see.

My meditation helps with my panic attacks sometimes but doesn't do anything for my depression. It's been 29 years since I known to have had severe depression. In my darkest times I can't find anyone that helps that isn't self destructive, so I can't do it.

I hope for all the best IB, you are one of my older and closer buds on the net I hope it all works for you in the end

I, and my partner have panic attacks from time to time. It sucks. If a situation gets too stressful, I just remove myself from said situation. Also, have you tried to seek a therapist for your mental health? I don't mean to preach too much. But, I totally believe in it, and hope you might as well.

Take care.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 01-09-2017

Trying to get into it. More differcult than it sounds. My panic attacks are from a disorder. I'm going to have them regardless of mood. Going tomorrow for an emergency appointment with my PCP. I have another issue that is much more urgent but related.

Also my CPAP appointment was pushed to the 11th. Doctor is out sick.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 01-30-2017

I have my CPAP. Had to get it fixed and it's still hard to use. Due to my mental health degrading I went into partial hospital at a local mental hospital. Depression, panic disorder and something I rather not share but it's scary. But at least I know now there is a name for it. From two things in my life I have brain damage. Causing mental health problems, memory loss and blackouts. Sounds all scary but I'm getting treatment. More treatment is needed for my physical health too sadly. I may have lost weight and gained muscle but my blood pressure is getting worse to a point without my pills it's now deadly.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 01-31-2017

I'm sorry I don't live in Vegas. I live on the east coast. Never been to Vegas. I want to go one day to see the billboard graveyard. And one year finally go to the AVN.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 02-03-2017

I'm out of partial hospitalization. I have a therapy appointment next week and a temp psychiatrist until I get a permanent one.

When to the ER on Monday. I now have sciatica. Been limping for days but I have pills to help and heal me. I really need to get back to work. Been unpaid and on medical leave for a month. Living off savings. But I have lots of bills. I really should do a go fund me page.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 06-26-2017

Tore my rotator cuff. Weeks of taking NSAIDs for the pain finally took their toll. I am now bleeding internally. Need to follow up with a specialist.

RE: My fading health. - Bonecracker - 06-27-2017

YIKES THAT MUST HURT!!

RE: My fading health. - Walshsam - 10-29-2020

I think you have circulatory problems. All these symptoms and your fainting spells are due to poor blood circulation. It's just that when I had poor blood circulation, I had similar faints. And then over time, I got varicose veins. And this is all due to poor blood circulation. My doctor recommended vitamin for vein health. Thanks to these vitamins, my blood circulation improved and my varicose veins were cured. I also stopped fainting and my legs got slimmer. And I realized that with good blood circulation, you can look great.

RE: My fading health. - HardMichael - 11-03-2020

So bad to hear such experiences... One year ago my dad had a same situation, we took him to the hospital. He had a chest persistent chest pain. Doctor recommended for him to use kratom. The leaves of this plant the alkaloids that are responsible for producing effects that benefit the health of a person.  Kratom  is used in medicine for anxiety, cough, depression, diabetes, diarrhea, high blood pressure, pain etc. After one week of using kratom my dad was feeling better. The chest pain disappeared, and he felt better than before the incident.

RE: My fading health. - DartManson - 03-31-2021

I've been feeling worse lately, too.

RE: My fading health. - StillDre - 03-31-2021

How do you feel now? It would be interesting to know, because it's been a few years and I'm concerned. I also often experienced anxiety and panic attacks, but I was able to keep everything under control(especially if I had edibles canada in my purse). I think you just needed to talk to a psychiatrist then, too, because panic attacks need to be treated at the stage when they are just beginning to manifest. If this is not done in time, there is a risk of being in the situation that you have experienced

The fact that you had a lack of oxygen led to your memory and attention deteriorating. In this state, it is dangerous to get behind the wheel. Depression also occurs after the brain has an oxygen deficiency. It would be perfect if you were currently undergoing treatment in a Baro chamber to increase your blood's oxygen level and improve blood circulation in your extremities. Don't think negatively! all our illnesses are associated with negative thoughts. Try to read a little about other people's diseases and their recovery fherehab.com. It will help you get through these difficult moments of your life. If you don't believe in God, try to meditate. Balance your thoughts, and you will cope well with any disease.

RE: My fading health. - Ironbeard - 12-12-2021

I didnt know I wrote about my health on here. Between this and the shock of some extremely upsetting notes I found I wrote on Fetlife (Wasnt my idea to join. I find the site depressing) I realize I have been really fucked up and just getting worse but losing memory of important medical history. I need to copy these and stuff from Fetlife and take to my doctors again.

Was in the ER 8 times this year. Not related to COVID. 2 was due to almost dying. The last one was the first time I heard my dad cry because he thought I was which they lead me to believe. 5 of them was due to another doctor fuck up. I did legal reasons wish I went one time but didnt because Im stupid. (Long story and most I cant talk about but I likely was almost murdered too. Its a long story. But this forum isnt encrypted. That had nothing to do with my health issues. ER would have been needed for evidence).

Fetlife notes that I didnt know exists let me know my neurological symptoms not mentions here that is very scarcely is much worse than I thought and was investigating since fall 2020 and I had min 13 years. 13 years ago my mom was killed (I made and audio recently of my dad admitting it wasnt cancer and it was premeditated. I was committed against my will for the crime of contacting a lawyer to get power of attorney. Audio goes over all that and more. ) lost my home, most of my possessions, my caiman died the day before the zoo was going to take him. Had to give up my pet ram who my dad still cries over. (Them not being smart or good pets is a myth. He was smarter than my current dogs. My dogs are very smart but they do show deductive reasoning, verbal commands without training, and could unlock doors.)
And I went to work for a company so bad it would be pages to explain.

Well one note explains that went I was fired I was told stuff I really should have contacted a lawyer. Not just for wrongful termination. And 7 years early I did contact a lawyer. Both are related and I dont think I should share.

Anyway. I need to go thru her too and copy any health stuff I said and go back to my neurologist. Not sure what else they can do. Never have I had so many tests. One involving John Hopkins in Baltimore called a tilt test had three cardiologist tell me what the test results showed is impossible. Between them a pain specialist, kidneys specialist, ER, and neurologist (and still need two more doctors) I had 19 non-ER x-rays and at least 4 more in the ER. 2 CT scans (one out patient for my brain. The other my arteries to see if I was dying in the ER), two ultra sounds, I think only one MRI, feel heart test work up and lost count have many EKGs, and EEG, and that tilt test. I think I may have others because I went to urgent care so much I lost count.
Thats just this year.
After that and two seasons last year they have no idea what is going on other than due to my PCP fucking up I got resistant hypertension and almost died.
Im seeing a pain over a mystery (I have an idea now. Going for an investigation after more tests to see if I can have surgery to kill nerves). I no longer can take muscle relaxers or NSAIDs.

So my days are horrible. Average 3 hours of sleep a night. Most is in the bath tub. Im on a powerful sedative that I have to take religiously 3 times a day for my blood pressure to get down to the lower stage two hypertension. After my doctors fuck up until I was back on the medication she took me off of (so piss and I ranted too much) I had blood pressure 230s/120s. Took 8 hours to lower it back to stage to in the ER and stayed over night.

Forums and Fetlife are turning out to be good to get easy access to my health that I now know more than normal memory issues I had in 2008 (this is documented) amnesia and somehow after Feb 2017 I got amnesia against. Thats why Im only been back about a month or two.

This was in 2017?   I remember the NSAIDS causing internal bleeding and the doctor being a huge asshole my SIL I think reported him. (Unimportant now)

So this was the summer.  Still wondering what happened in the fall. Why did I lose my memory so bad I forgot the extent of relationships. My health is worse now but not as deadly as it was when a came back after almost dying. My BP is stage two now. That’s an improvement.  Down side. Only med change recently is lowering my acid reflux meds due to danger to my kidneys so no other changes meds wise but I am having brain fog and symptoms similar to aphasia. Thinking going back to my neurologist is a waste of time.  Did every test that wasn’t invasive. And I think it’s related to the BP effects on my brain catching up and fibromyalgia which I was diagnosed with a few months ago. Had to put off surgery for it (can’t take the meds due to BP and some side effects) for the 5th time. After I get a certain new hell healed I’ll try again for spinal surgery.
