1 liter is a fraction heavier than 1 kg, but it is close to 1kg see here first line of table with temprature between 30°C and 40°C. A human body is at 37°C:

So if 2.2 pounds is 1K then . . .
Using that math it means Chelsea likely reached 22k and then just under 50 pounds or around 48.5 pounds. At first I thought this might be a little high and Chelsea might be closer to 20-21K, but you know she did take more breaks from the road the last half of 2014 than I remember previously, so it makes sense that this happened because she's admitted the only thing that ever slows her down with regards to expansion is the travel.
