The thing I don't like is how Chelsea markets herself with her max achieved size. She only reaches this size around 2 weeks in a year. When taking into account her drains she is somewhere around 13k on average.

That's entirely speculative also, and somewhat in contradiction with what we see on a regular basis.

I also believe she is between 16,000 and 19,000 at any given time and only reduces down to 5k or so once a year, around Christmas time when she is taking time off to be with family.

But even if she's 13k year round, that's still the biggest in the world of fake boobies!!

Based on what Chelsea has said and media reports not to mention the fans that have actually met her IN THE FLESH, she's at her biggest about 9 months per year and the average on a daily basis is around 16 to 16.5K. She RARELY gets a full drain. Her schedule won't allow it because she's traveling around 11 months out of the year. I don't know how she keeps that pace every year. That's what I appreciate about her.
