Speaking of Aquamid... maybe I'm the only one who's ever had this thought, but does anyone else wonder about nipple expansion and using Aquamid?

Here's what I'm thinking
We know that there can be vacuum attachments made specifically for nipples (similar to a brava system) the stretches them... there have been a couple of women who have experimented with this and shown some results. Suppose a woman was to stretch her nipples with the vacuum device and then fill them with Aquamid? Imagine creating "Puffies" where they weren't before!!
