It is an older video, yes. Aside from her butt her boobs are smaller too. If you see newer videos/sets with her with slightly bigger boobs (and lips) they're generally the ones where she has the butt implants. She doesn't really show it off though, always focused on the boobs.
Her new(ish) butt is nice and round, and it's definitely noticeable if you see her before and after - but it's not like 'OMFG LOOK AT DAT PHAT AZZ'. If it wasn't for the boobs her butt implants might be more obvious - perspective is a bitch.
As for the dress, even though it's an older video that dress is some feat of engineering covering up the work of art that is her chest. Or is it a work of art covering up the fine engineering that is in her chest? Not sure anymore hehe.
I can try and grab a screencap but I'm aware that Beshine (or her team) is sensitive about too many free samples so I'm unsure what the rules are? Is a single image from a video (like Dee just posted) acceptable?
