I can try and grab a screencap but I'm aware that Beshine (or her team) is sensitive about too many free samples so I'm unsure what the rules are? Is a single image from a video (like Dee just posted) acceptable?

I don't know either what is fine. As often as possible I post IMG tagged pics from her blog or lately the pics of her tour preview after I realized these preview pics are actually larger (300 * 300) thab displayed embedded in her website.
2nd IMG tagged links to pics I see on Twitter or Tumblr and I link (URL tag) them to the appropriate set of her site. 3rd if not other possible I upload to the board but also always relate it with her tour preview site.

And I try to avoid posting pics in the original glorious size/resolution. I mean even a screencap of her Full-HD 1920 + 1080 movies a very high quality (1080p movies play with very high dynamic bit rates between 10,000 - 30,000 kbit/s in encoding, audio bit rates are sometimes as high as audio stored in DVD (AC3 5.1 ch) codecs. The more technical facts I found out, the more astonishing I find her work, beside her actual BE journey.

Compare this to the market - especially on the price! Because of this effort driven by Beshine and her team I try to give back a bit by restricting myself with uploading of pics and also take some care to relate it with her actual sets.

This way I try to avoid complications. But at the end it is always a question about the total amount.
