To be fair, there's a big difference between a woman who is an M-cup who weighs 130 - 140 pounds as compared to one who has M-cups but weighs 230 - 240 pounds.
Leanne is a 32 band, so comparing her to someone who is a 40+ band and weighs 100+ pounds more is truly apples and oranges.
