These were a Score Magazine undertaking and with the rise of the internet came the demise of print and thus their revenues.
Furthermore, it wasn't lucrative (I don't know if they ever even broke even on these) business venture as it just seemed 'too good to be true' to many of us who chose not to participate until it had been a proven thing.
I'm one of the guilty who held off for those reasons.
