If you are going to have 6000cc implants, in day to day life you are bound to be out in public where you will be seen, even people may know you from pre implants era. So why the need to have headless shots posted on the Net. Just one of those things I find strange, yes if you don't want to be identified fine, but some full shots with even facial disguise with a convenient plant or something obscurring recognition, would for me be ok

EDIT: I just noticed my Avatar as I hit post, the cap in the Photo did a perfect job to keep anonymity, not that was intended too - just happened.
