Looked pretty good to me too based on what the models are saying except for a couple of minor items. But that's already been covered to nauseam. (we will assume the models/patients talked at great length with Dr. Johnson before any procedure was done on them).
It's also safe to assume because it was a trial procedure like all trials certain liberties may have been taken by the great doctor depending on the patient including variations and that a few things may have changed over the course of the trials with all the women to see what created the best result. Which is likely why there are a few variances. Doesn't mean it's wrong or right. Unfortunately Dr. Johnson has passed so we can't ask him the specific variances he may have used, but either way we should also respect the models input (the actual patients) who had the surgery.
