Now as to the unfulfilled promise she made you, and the expectations she gave you... that is a though one! If you love her, you have already accepted her the way she is. But part of accepting her was the way she was going to be - and the trade-off being, you'd opt out of viewing other women as the outlet for your fantasies and instead make all your fantasies with her, but now she wants to go back on that. I have been in a similar situation as well, so I understand how you feel.
Have you told her straight out, in the gentlest way possible, that she and you made a deal that she would become your only sexual image in life and would also fulfill your sexual fantasies and that to take that from you limits both your happiness? You are limited because you are not getting what you dreamt of and she because of your disappointment and inevitable interest in the imagery associated with large enhanced breasts? It's a delicate matter, but something that needs exploration.
No one should ever force a woman to become what she doesn't want to be, but you aren't doing that.
