Great story. I know that was the epilogue, but is there going to be more? Even more so than a woman with small/average breasts deciding to ignore nature and have implants, the idea of an already blessed woman deciding that it's just not enough is a big turn on. I'm getting images of girls like Milena, Nadine and Miotosis's immense natural breasts filled with string implants. Something I'd love to see on a real person! Even the idea of string implants being too much for a woman's body, while tragic in real life (Sable for example), is also a massive turn on within the safe confines of a fictional story (much like gallows humour - we shouldn't really laugh at it, but we do anyway).
Same goes for the sexual overfilling, streching, redness, veins popping etc. Along those lines, one thing that's always intrigued me is the idea of deliberately introducing more liquid into string implants. Speed up the process, so to speak. Perhaps Vanilla returns after a few months and, despite Ebony's own growth, due to the initial size and makeup of her string implants Vanilla has overtaken her on the boobage front by a considerable margin. Ebony catches up by having daily saline injections to force her string implants to grow bigger and faster, or something like that? Not sure how that would even happen - huge syringe plunged straight into the middle of the string?
