For example from me, Minka's were very very large, just before she had her PPP implants I encountered her at a club engagement with "Woody" and got to give them a thorough inspection. Hard as concrete and cold. Not at all What I was expecting.

When you look at the construction and the materials of these two types of implants I can see why some models prefer them (or, in some cases, exchange their implants for them).

When you look at the 'engineering' of those implants (if you know what I mean! ), the technology is remarkably different.
The silicon is, I would image, like a type of liquid plastic, which would explain the rigid hardness of it under the skin.
PPI is different-by having the ability to absorb fluid it stills allows the breasts to maintain their softness and pliability much more then the plasticy silicon.
Also, for these woman it must be more COMFORTABLE for them too-I think having rock-hard heavy plastic rubbing against the inside of your flesh 24 hours a day must be quite tiring sometimes, whereas having a 'String' implant is probably much softer, more gentle to hold and feel in the hand, both for fans and the girl herself.

And that, I would imagine, would be a world of difference.
