Her initial breast volume was based on her natural cup size of a large D cup, which is about 500cc of tissue matter. Which Dr. Johnson added 2500cc of PPP string to. So, her completely drained size is 3000cc. Then her breasts swell as much as another 13,000cc of fluid for a total of about 16,000cc. They could even swell more if she let them.

One thing she has pointed out is that when she has let them get to her current absolute allowed max size of 16,000cc, the weight is overwhelming and makes is harder for her to exercise and one can assume it is naturally harder to exercise and stay in shape at that size, so she drains down. It is not a hard assumption to make that she doesn't look her best immediately after a drain because her breasts are at their smallest and her body has not benefited from recent exercise, like any of us who exercise look our best when we are in a routine and keep nice and trim.

The other thing to consider is her facial beauty. She looks her most beautiful, facially, when she is at her largest because her breasts aren't draining fluid from her body to 'fill themselves up' and her face literally looks the most 'drained' after a drain because her breasts are trying to get fluid back in them to surround the PPP string in her implants and will draw that natural fluid from all over her body including her face, to do so.

So, it must be a difficult balancing act for Chelsea to stay in shape, maintain her breast size and maintain her facial beauty.

I'm always disappointed when I see the 'small Chelsea' post-drain pics, but I try to temper my disappointment with the above mentioned considerations.
