I can't say how often she drains, but I think 3000 sounds a bit off. Not impossible, but not representative of every drain. Lets say she is 16000, and gets a drain down to a "mere" 10000 at the end of each month, that is still a big fluctuation, and quite a bit of fluid to refill.
That last pic of her looks to me like she is about the same size as when I met her last fall, which makes me speculate even more that she has a certain size range she stays within, just for the sake of having clothes that fit.
