Can I make a suggestion for a slight change to the rules here?
In my experience when playing the name game the name actually starts with the first letter of the previous person's surname:
EG Christina Hendricks > Harry Potter
If we were to play these rules then we'd have more variations in the letters. Playing the way we are we are unlikely to ever get any names beginning with B, C, D (and probably a whole lot more)
