I find it even more depressing that we even consider speculating about her age or retirement plans.
The first one shouldn't be done when speaking about a lady. The 2nd is totally up to her, what she does how and when! There is not more to say about - in my opinion.
Maybe we should start to work with the correct numbers. I've seen frequently used old numbers.
