Glad it doesn't happen often. I only have suggestions on prevention. Not really any good ones on after hurting the back. (I suffer back pain). Otherwise I'd share it. Warm bath and Epsom salt. Plus pills. That's all I know. Now dizziness and headaches I'm an expert on.
