what up with scoreondemand being shut down

went to score on demand today and it got closed due to some negotiations failure with microsoft supposedly. doesnt make sense to me. i still got minutes with the site that i had not used and personally just kinda liked the site in general. wondering if anybody got any info

I don't officially know. But, it sounds like a licensing issue with some MS software.
