does display of external images not work anymore?

is there a problem with displaying pictures from external by using the [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] tag?

OK I now know why this is. It is the source webserver that prevents this. Simple as that. So I return to uploading the pictures.

I think the problem is if a image tag is broken (IE it is removed from where it was hosted, like when we deleted stuff from the Chelsea and Beshine galleries) they no longer appear when you add the IMG tags so that is why the beshine pic worked but the Wendy one did not.

Some domains are blocked from relaying images from others. the 'referer' is sometimes temporarily denied. But outside source images through image tags [img] and [/img] are working fine for the most part.

only if you are trying to post pics that are no longer on our site like the previously mentioned CC and beshine pics that just show up as text now.
