Air implants are not my cup of tea regarding boobs. But hey some people may like it.

- Skepticism is good, it is the reason why Science progresses. We don't live anymore in the era when a model said she had a 183PPP bra and that was considered a fact by the rest of the mortals. Welcome to the internet, where men are men, women are men, and children are the FBI If it hurts, it means that you're still living

I dont know, every woman I've ever met that had big boobs complained of their weight. Air-filled boobs would definitely alleviate that problem. And it makes me think of something else. You know what would be really, really awesome? If they would make implants that could be adjusted at home. I know my wife would be a lot more receptive to the idea of a huge fake rack if she could shrink them back down for going out in public, and blow them back up for "fun time".

That sounds like a good idea, except for the skin. While it is elastic, it takes time to expand and contract.

I realize that the stretching would take quite awhile, but my oh my what a wonderful process.

This is probably the stupidest idea short of injectables.... an exploding Metallic cartridge inside your body next to your lungs and heart. ... Yay. .. excuse me, I'd like you to meet Murphys law and Then show you you're new place on the accent of man....

I looked it over and if u just think about the concept for a min you'd realize that having a co2 cartridge inside your body is um... asking to die... horribly... if it leaks... co2 in your blood stream equals death... tank bursts... just the compression pressure alone would collapse your lung and palpitations of your heart, resulting in death... I mean the list and lvl of bad ideas here is appalling. So no... and any doctor willing to do this is in the same Catagory as chemotherapy and prescription drug pushers...

Stop making so much common sense! You're killing dreams here.
No, seriously, you are 100% correct. Thanks for weighing in, we actually need someone sensible around here. Good to have you.
