"I dont mind being called "looking fake"...thats what I want....so i'm glad its recognized. I dont act fake, but I certainly go out of my way to look it!!!
I always explicity tell a Dr before suregry, that I want to look super fake, round, set high...basically basketballs on my chest...I in no way, shape or form want to look natural"

You know it's not just the sheer size of her breasts but also the shape they are 'morphing' into... I just LOVE LOVE LOVE how they are changing and the shape they are taking. They're turning into the ultimate breasts. Regardless of size, although I'd DIE to see her crack 30,000cc in volume!! JMHO

Agreed. And also what I find remarkable is they manage to maintain a somewhat "natural" appearance. Obviously we know they're enhanced, but I wonder if a typical dude on the street knows that.

If the boobs in question are part of an attractive young to middle aged woman the typical dude in the street probably assumes anything larger than a F-cup is fake.

Nice Bone! It's quite cool to think these tops at one time actually fit both of her boobs in one of the tops and now each top BARELY fits over one boob.
