First things first: keep your cool. I advised you to change your DNS settings, using this server. Its the authoritative server for this domain.
I get that you are frustrated, and I can try to help you with your problem. But, I can't be your savior. If you have changed your DNS settings, per my recommendation, you'd not be getting this error.

how do you change DNS settings, I mean I saw the stuff in that one link but I am almost totally clueless in what to put in or so, I know nothing about DNS setttings, or IP stuff

well, this has to be a record (for me) as of this posting been over 9 days since I had to deal with the Website Disabled text error so maybe the problem resolved itself (knock on pressed wood of his desk)?
