Nancy went from 800cc naturelle implants to 1600cc's a few years back, there are before and after images of her on her plastic surgeon Dr. Domanski's website. He describes her as a successful Boston Professional along with a little personal info. Go to photos and then click breast and scroll down towards the bottom and there are fully clothed photos of our beloved Nancy and topless pics of her profile in before and after pics. Nancy is one of those women I hold up to be the ideal female. She knows she holds the attraction of many folks, but does not make a big deal about it. I am sure she would be very successful no matter what her figure. She has developed her image to include what I call a star attraction both on radio and visually. 
I think she is a very unique woman, would love to meet her and have lunch sometime.

Personally, I think her boobs looked better smaller than in the after photo.  I like the 'after' size, but the 'before' shape.   that's all.
