Just as an aside, can people who decide, later in life, that their body ink is no longer "tasteful" simply go get tattoos that are the same color as their skin, rather than the painful process of actual REMOVAL of the tattoos?
Tattoos on a woman are either: idiotic and/or not thought out and/or signs of narcissism and/or clear signs of mental health issues and/or their biggest regrets later in life. JMHO!! I reserve the right to be wrong.

I view it differently. Some very important women in my life still new tattoos after the age of 40. They and I see it as a symbol of self-expression. Usually a deep meaning behind each tattoo. At least with my women in my life they get them for their enjoyment not for the enjoyment of others. One is my aunt. She is in her 60's but (even without all the tattoos) looks younger than me. She is from neck to ankle covered in different tattoos. (no I didn't see them all. Just the arms and hand tattoos.) She and my uncle own a change of tattoo parlors and with her daughter a retro clothing store.
I have yet to get a tattoo but when I do it will be the same reason. Personal meaning. Something that I can look at and smile.
Not saying many women do fall into your categories Bone. I just never knew any.

Actors like Dwayne Johnson and Angelina Jolie use a special make-up it covers all their tattoos for film and tv.
Other than that if there was a original flesh tone tattoo I would image it being more expensive than other tattoo removal processes.
Lasers art the main way to go. (cheese grater and lots of vodka, the other) But you can get anesthesia sometimes if the pain is too great.
I’m stlll BFF’s with Whitney. She just don’t use twitter any more and is retired. This is a temporary signature. I need to think of a new one. Maybe I’ll ask Teddi.

I was also more laughing at where the guy had to place his fingers to cover her nips, I don't think I've ever seen implants cause an upward incline to them.
An artist of wildly varying skill and bust size, but consistent levels of perversion.

That lady's boobs do look a bit uneven, so I'd suspect it wasn't the best surgery in the world. That said with two torches underneath and two hands over her nipples it's perhaps not the best picture to judge from!
Speaking a bit more generally with larger implants it doesn't seem that uncommon for the nipples to be on the upper side of the boob after a boob job, making them effectively point upwards rather than straight out or down. Notable examples that I can think off of the top of my head are Jordan Carver, Sabrina Sabrok and Kelly Bell. With larger implants like that I suspect it's just a matter of where the slack is in the skin as to where the nipple ends up.
PS - Boob'o'lanterns ftw. Beshine's looked awesome when she did it a few years ago (be warned that it might be another of my acquired tastes but a quick Google image search for "beshine boob lantern" will sort out anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about).
I know another guy who loves boob'o'lanterns, not my cup of tea though it represents how 'extreme' the BA had been.

Skepticism is good, it is the reason why Science progresses. We don't live anymore in the era when a model said she had a 183PPP bra and that was considered a fact by the rest of the mortals.
