I like how you got back on the horse, Ironbeard. Yeah, it sounds like you just had bad luck from Dominoes.
I had 5 dollar foot long from Subway, Black Forest ham. But the bread was kinda stale. Bleh.

Had some tofu dogs that were in the freezer. They had the expiration date in 2009 so they were cheap. But being frozen they keep good for years. Taste fine. No diff then from new ones.

Skepticism is good, it is the reason why Science progresses. We don't live anymore in the era when a model said she had a 183PPP bra and that was considered a fact by the rest of the mortals.

Smoked Pork Ribs with my super secret rub. Smoked them low and slow, started at 150° for 4 hours with pecan wood for smoke and then cranked them up to 215° for 2 more hours. YUMMY!

Tugboat"Next weekend I'm doing a Boston Butt"Cap! Spare or back? I've always smoked my spare at 225 F for 5 hours with hardwood. Salt, Pepper, and Paprika (for color).

BBQ chicken tonight, with leftover BBQ ribs from last night. I use a bbq bourbon sauce concoction i whip up to marinade them in for a long time, then slowly bbq from an hour or so, basting the chicken and ribs evry 5 minutes, then put the bbq in the oven on 200º for 3-4 hours in the marinade to finish up and tenderize. There were sides too, of course, but who cares about the sides?

I'm quick to argue that smoking is very different from BBQ or grilling. For example, the food tends to be tastier, softer, and juicier when it is smoked right. That being said, I'm pretty good on the grill as well.
Any guys have any big plans for grilling for the upcoming summer? I have an abundance of porter house and ribeye that I need to grill off.

Well JustSomeone, if we both still lived in the Greater Ocean Springs area of South Mississippi, I'd say "Bring 'em on over!" LOL!
But alas, we have both moved away from there.
