I found her very charming.

I guess we can learn from that, that all of us have good days and bad days. Perhaps she had more bad days than others.

I heard from a few different people that she was a blast and very personable. She certainly appeared like that on screen and interviews.

I don't know about 'blast'; she seemed rather shy. Your evaluation of her good day/bad day ratio suggests you had more encounters with her than the one I which had.
