I moved to the south in 1994 and I began working for a company there. There was a young lady at this company who suffered from macromastia.

Actually hers was virginal breast hypertrophy.

When you look at the construction and the materials of these two types of implants I can see why some models prefer them (or, in some cases, exchange their implants for them).

PPI is different-by having the ability to absorb fluid it stills allows the breasts to maintain their softness and pliability much more then the plasticy silicon.
Also, for these woman it must be more COMFORTABLE for them too-I think having rock-hard heavy plastic rubbing against the inside of your flesh 24 hours a day must be quite tiring sometimes, whereas having a 'String' implant is probably much softer, more gentle to hold and feel in the hand, both for fans and the girl herself.

I have to disagree about Silicone Implants being hard and cold. My wife has 800cc silicone gells and they are anything but hard and definitely not cold.
