It's safe to say she is (or could be) a model or dancer with those tremendously enhanced boobs, lips and tattoos! The picture was taken in Europe by the looks of the electrical outlet on the wall beside her.

Had seen the other thread, and was aware of her already, but I'd ruled her out because she didn't have any significant ink last I saw (obviously does now).

Love how her breasts were about an inch below that tattoo before and now it's part of her boob.

They seem to be about a month behind but such is life, can't really complain about it!

Please remove that link if not allowed but they're recordings of TV cam shows so given that a) they've already aired, b) they're a little old and c) most of the forum members can't even get that channel I doubt there's any financial loss involved.
