To the mods:
I was recently contacted via Private Message by a member who was seeking some advice. I tried to reply to the inquiry but the message could not be sent and the error message said that was because the member who sent the message was not able to receive messages. Is this a new thing? Or system glitch??
To the member who sent the message: SORRY, but I did try to respond!!!

This is new to me. If understand you correctly, this member could send messages, but not receive them?
