Not an urban legend, myth or rumor.  It is actually correct. 

She bought Busty Dusty's used 2700cc silicon implants from her and them installed.  Her boobs even looked like BD's after this was done.

I was there when that 2nd picture was taken with some other well known afficianado's . It was at the Mandalay Bay in the morning, in a Bar area that had not opened up. Echo was a late starter with a whopping hangover. Dee Dee was very friendly as was Echo, and Dee Dee's husband the late Ringo Poon was there and was a great bloke too. We spent most of the day with Dee Dee at the Mandalay.
