Does you back normally hurt or is this something new. I found elevating your legs a bit (pillow under your calfs) can help. That and a 45 degree pillow to sleep on. (Sorry sensitive went I I heard someone is in pain.)

Glad it doesn't happen often. I only have suggestions on prevention. Not really any good ones on after hurting the back. (I suffer back pain). Otherwise I'd share it. Warm bath and Epsom salt. Plus pills. That's all I know. Now dizziness and headaches I'm an expert on. Hope you don't need my headache advice but if you do I'm all ears.

If I was your boyfriend I think I would go broke on all the things and ways I would try to keep that smile bright. (flowers, stuff animals [ok I would have to get those for myself too], stuff I make from beads, gemstones, metal, paint, clay,....)

Guessing from your clothes you do or tried in yoga. I did a little in college (still flexible but out of shape). Did or do you do yoga. If so what is your favorite position. I use to like the locust. I'm good with the full lotus (outer toed from the hips so I have an advantage with that position)

If you didn't do yoga, what are some of your favorite exercises. (I like the pyramid exercise with jumping jacks, push ups and sit ups.)

Yeah, I'm not big on gifts that don't last like flowers to be honest. Definitely not a stuffed animal person either but if it is for my daughter then that's great. Best way to get on my good side is to think of my little one. Or expensive bling but I think that goes for any girl. lol

Never been big on yoga. I did it like twice with my mom when I was 14 I think. I just like comfy pants. Jeans are a hassle. I wear yoga pants like all the time. I literally wear holes into them from overuse.
