Well, we just found out why the right implant has not fallen as much as the left and why my wife has been having some uncomfortable moments with that side.
She went for her checkup today and they found that she has a walnut size hematoma between skin layers that is pushing up on the implant. We felt the lump but just thought it might be the edge of the incision where skin bunches up after stitches. It is evidently larger and goes up into the pocket further than we thought. She will have to go in tomorrow for lancing/draining and/or an incision to cauterize the suspect blood vessel. Other than that, everything else looked good. No infections! [hr] Oh, and she asked her surgeon how long before she could upgrade to 750's or 800's...You should have seen the look he gave her...LOL!

YIKES! Sorry she is suffering any discomfort but good to know it's easily treatable and that she is free of infection. A St. Valentine's Day Blessing!

Wow, well no medical rocedure is free of complications, but i am glad that in your case it is quite minor. Let's hope everything goes smoothly from now on.

Well, the bad news is the right one still has not dropped and if it hasn't by her appointment in May, they will have to open her back up to see why. The good news is, she's talking to him to have him go back with 750-800's when he does. She wanted to be a little bigger than the 650's and he's sounding like he will do the exchange if he goes in!
I have mixed feelings on this one, but here's hoping if he does have to go in he upgrades her size. TugboatCap!

Massive like on her potential upgrade, even though I'm sad she has to potentially undergo the knife again... still staying with under the muscle?

Yup. She likes the look of under the muscle better.

I have always wondered if under the muscle would be possible for beshine sizes, and if it that was the case of it could affect upper body mobility

Well tomorrow is the Appointment with her PS. The right one still hasn't dropped into the pocket and it appears there is some CC involved so not sure what his prognosis will be. I'll keep everyone posted once we know what action they are going to take.

Well her PS said if it is CC, it's only stage 1 and he prescribed more massage and 3 more months. If it still hasn't caught up with the other by August, they will go in and see what's going on. My wife scheduled an appointment with her PS for Last Thursday about the CC in her right side, but the appointment got put off until 11am this morning. I just got a call from her about 30 minutes ago telling me that I need to adjust my work schedule and my bank account for 8am Friday Morning...she's trading in the 650's for 800's!!

UGH! She has to be at the Surgical Suite for 5:30am in the morning! Getting up at 4:30 is going to make for a long day for me...
Ahh, the sacrifices I make for her...LMAO!

Just got home. We did this twice today. Got out of Surgery about 10am and was in recovery when the surgeon came to check on her and noticed the right was MUCH fuller than the left even though he knew they were even when he finished. Over the next few minutes, it got even firmer and fuller. Hematoma. They had to re-prep her, take her back in surgery a second time, remove the right implant to see where it was coming from. Apparently, when he was adjusting the pocket to take the larger implant, a muscle was nicked. When he closed her up, everything was dry. When she got into the recovery room, she had a spike in blood pressure and evidently the nick started to bleed until it filled up the pocket. He stitched and re-cauterized the area and closed her back up. Because of the 2nd round of Anesthesia, she had a much longer recovery time the second time around. She's doing great and acting like she had a tooth filled or something and I'm sitting here exhausted mentally and physically. Now for the good part: they look GREAT and they are HUGE! That picture of the yellow shirt? She looks DOUBLE that size now and many of the clothes she has bought since the 650's are not going to even come close to fitting. I just hope she'll listen to me and take it easy this evening.
More when I'm not so exhausted....

And the fun just keeps on coming. She woke up this morning about 4am and complained of feeling hot. She was running 101° temperature. Gave her the normal aspirin to try and lower the fever and started calling her PS's answering service about 7am. He's prescribed her a round of Antibiotics just in case...
She was also around the 3 year old next door the day before her surgery and we found out yesterday, he had a bug and started running a fever Monday, so we're hoping its that and not an infection... [hr] Oh, and now I'm scheduled for rotator cuff surgery on the 15th so its very likely I'll not get to play with the new toys until I recover from my surgery.

Conversation last night while we were finishing up changing the dressing on my shoulder:
My wife: I wish they had implants bigger than 800's in silicone. Do they make anything bigger than 800 out of country? (she got 650's and then 4 months later got the 800's on 6/28) Me: I think they make them in Europe up to 1200 stock, why... My wife: You think they make 1000's? Me: .... o.O My wife: I think I'd like 1000's if I could get them in silicone and swing it for sometime late next year. These are still not quite big enough... At that point she poked me in the arm with her finger, grinned, got up and walked away leaving me sitting on the sofa drooling. And the worst part of this? I still have my right arm in a full restrictive sling! UGH! Tugboat"I'm thinking boobie greed is in full swing...AND I think we're going on an European Vacation next year!"Cap!

And now she has to go back in and have pocket revision surgery because her right implant is bottoming out. Does everyone have issues like this when the get implants? Sheesh!

I swear, the money we've had to spend on medical this year is just stupid. Between the issues my wife has had with her boobs and my shoulder, we've really been into the savings $$$.
Now, it looks as thought I might have some bicep separation at the shoulder that they missed during the re-do from my fall and I'm scheduled to go BACK into surgery on the 15th. I'm wondering where we got all this bad Karma from?
